RSPH Level 3 and 4 Diploma APT

All candidates: Please complete the form below for your preferred exam venue location – these venues are valid for 2023 academic year only (January to  December inclusive).

 

The candidates chosen location will remain in place for the entire academic year – there is no need to resubmit this form once completed unless you wish to change venue or require an examination resit the following academic year.

Notes:

 

  • These venues will be updated on an annual basis.

  • If you wish to change venue then please resubmit the form above.

  • If the candidate requires an examination resit that takes place after December 2023, then please resubmit the form below (as the examination venue list may have changed).

  • If no preferred venue is received by a candidate, then it will be assumed the candidate will be sitting their exam at the North Tees Centre based in Stocking-on-Tees.
